

The Open Tab payment method is available for events with more than 100 guests.
Final guest counts must be submitted no later than 7 days before the event.
Increases in guest count may be accommodated based on availability and product inventory. Decreases in guest count after the final count has been submitted will not result in a refund.
Personalized stickers are available for select events and require a minimum of 2 weeks' notice.
Requests submitted within 2 weeks of the event date may not be accommodated due to production and shipping timelines.
Deposits
All event bookings require a non-refundable deposit to secure the event date.
Same Month Booking — 75% deposit required at booking. Remaining balance due 1 week before the event.
1–2 Months in Advance — 50% deposit required at booking. Remaining balance due 1 week before the event.
3+ Months in Advance — 25% deposit required at booking. Remaining balance due 1 week before the event.
Open Tab Service
The Open Tab payment method is available for weddings with more than 100 guests. A deposit is still required to reserve the date. The remaining balance is based on the total number of drinks served and is due immediately following the event.
Guest Count
To ensure we are fully prepared for your event, final guest counts are due 7 days prior to the event date. While we will do our best to accommodate increases when possible, decreases made after the final guest count has been submitted are not eligible for a refund.
Personalized Stickers
We are happy to offer personalized stickers to add a custom touch to your event. To ensure adequate production time, all personalized sticker requests must be submitted at least 2 weeks prior to the event date. Requests made within 2 weeks of the event may not be available.
When personalized stickers are not selected or cannot be accommodated, standard Umber branding will be provided.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
All deposits are non-refundable.
Cancellations made 30 or more days prior to the event may be eligible for a refund of any payments made beyond the required deposit.
Cancellations made less than 30 days before the event are not eligible for a refund.
If you need to reschedule your event, we will do our best to accommodate a new date based on availability.
Setup Requirements
To ensure a smooth setup and service experience, clients are responsible for providing a safe and accessible location for the coffee cart. Access to electricity is preferred but not required, as Umber can provide a generator when necessary. Access to water and waste disposal is appreciated but not required. To allow adequate time for setup, the designated service area should be available at least 30 minutes prior to the scheduled service time.
